The project aims at starting up a series of initiatives aimed at promoting to a wider and wider audience a licit labour culture. The participants to the “network of surfacing of undeclared work” are, first of all, the local institutions, the auditor bodies, the education and training systems, the union and employment associations.
The direct recipients of the project are the employment public services, which could strengthen their support role for people’s rights and the role they play in the match between labour demand and offer.
The point of view of unions and industrial associations is an essential contribution as they are privileged actors and observers of the local labour market, with particular reference to the constructive function of the regional level bilateral authorities.
Particular attention has to be paid to the career guidance organizations for planning target specific training interventions able to significantly specialize certain worker categories and facilitate a wider labour market collocation.
An active role in prevention based projects and in career guidance and information initiatives goes to the schools and the training organizations, which could activate suitable services to inform youth and workers upon work contract opportunities and flexibility.
