Objectives

The project aims at accomplishing, in cooperation with some European partners (initially France, Germany, Spain and Belgium) a European network dedicated to the surfacing of undeclared work.  The objective is to create an international network enabling various countries to share classification and estimation methodologies, intervention and prevention models, solutions and local intervention policies with the prospective of creating a community expertise that would favour a common approach and allow to experiment, on a European level, shared policies aimed at contrasting undeclared labour and underground economies.

The European network for the surfacing of undeclared labour has the following objectives:

1.       Promote a common culture and action taking process between member states on the matter of prevention and contrast of undeclared work.

2.       Accomplish a network able to exchange information, develop common classification and measuring methodologies, and sponsor good practise portability.

3.       Support, on a national level, the knowledge, the diffusion and the development of integrated European intervention models on the matter of contrast and prevention of undeclared work between various institutional bodies.

4.       Promote a cooperative and collaborative approach between different member states involved in the achievement of policies and interventions related to the surfacing of undeclared work.
